Wellness / Preventative Care
From the day you bring home your new pet to their last day, Sunrise Veterinary Services is here for you and your family. We will work with you to set up an appropriate vaccination protocol for your animal’s unique needs. We recommend fecal examinations for parasites followed by proper deworming to help to keep your pet happy and healthy. In addition, heartworm testing, testing and management of tick borne diseases (like lyme disease), plus screening blood work are all part of the complete care your pet can receive at Sunrise Veterinary Services. Flea and tick prevention is paramount in our area to keep your pets safe, we offer many oral and topical options to protect your cat or dog.Dental Cleanings

The gentle staff at our clinic are ready to care for your pet during times of distress. Radiographs, bloodwork, and close examinations are just a few of the ways we can assess and diagnose your pet. In addition, our staff will work with you and your pet to help manage chronic diseases. We know that when your kids are sick it is stressful. We aim to put your worries at ease by caring for our patients like they are our own pets.
Microchipping
For the safety of your pet, we recommend micro-chipping. The microchips that we use can be read by any universal chip reader. If you get separated from your pet, make sure it can be safely returned to you regardless of what shelter, police department, or hospital your pet is taken to. Humane Euthanasia
Sunrise Veterinary Services offers humane euthanasia when it becomes the right time for your pet. We realize that this is a difficult decision and time for you, and give you the time you need to say good-bye. Cremation services and memorial mementos are also available.

We carry Hill’s and Purina foods in both over-the-counter and prescription varieties. Clients will be able to order Royal Canin food through our online pharmacy.
In-House Diagnostics
We have many options for providing our patients with rapid diagnosis of their ailments. Including in house bloodwork machines, microscopy, ophthalmic tools, urinalysis, fecal examination, radiography, ultrasonography, and more.
Outsourced Diagnostics
Diagnostics that cannot be run in-house are sent to Idexx Laboratories. Outsourced diagnostics often include:
