Abby- works for Sunrise as both a Receptionist and a Veterinary Assistant. Abby has always been around animals as she grew up on her family’s dairy farm in the Linden area.  She knew right from the start that her love of animals and desire to work with them was the direction she wanted to take for her future. 

Abby pursued  college at UW River Falls, and she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a Meat Animal emphasis and a minor in Agricultural Business. Abby began her career as a Veterinary Assistant in 2015 and started with Sunrise in 2017. 

Abby’s favorite thing about working at Sunrise Vet is that every single day is different and she never knows what to expect. Abby enjoys her time both in the office as well as when she gets a chance to work with the vets out at our producer’s farms. 

At this time, Abby is living in Dodgeville with her blue heeler named Rex. In her free time, Abby enjoys hunting, spending time on the farm, and being with her family.
